Dispatch
Confirmed orders normally leave DhakaMantra within 2–4 business days. We will contact you if an item needs more time.
Delivery
Delivery is currently available in Bangladesh. Standard delivery is ৳120 and complimentary when the merchandise subtotal is ৳18,000 or more.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact hello@dhakamantra.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution after review.
Changes and exchanges
Contact us as soon as possible if an order detail needs to change. Exchanges depend on the item being unused, in its original packaging, and available in stock. Do not send an item back before receiving confirmation.
